Odyssey Energy Solutions, in partnership with Shell Foundation, is seeking consultants to:
- Lead a market-sizing report for gender-based outcome financing in distributed energy
- Design and support a results-based finance program with a focus on gender impact
- Publish a report based on learnings from the pilot program
